Cross(str)ings

The String Quartet „CROSS(STR)INGS“ was founded in 2022. After practicing for many hours and playing different kinds of projects, the idea of forming the group was born. Our aim is to bring modern music nearer to the audience. Our repertoire includes a wide variety of Pop, Rock, Jazz, Funk and Worldmusic.
Pieces like Astor Piazzolás „Libertango“, „Blue Rondo a la Turk“ by Dave Brubeck and other Jazzstandards, as well as own arrangements like „How high the moon“ and own compositions are standards in our repertoire.
